Return Policy Update - COVID-19

Due to the COVID-19 situation our returns process has changed slightly.

We will not be enforcing our 14-day return policy as we are aware of the importance of social distancing and avoiding public areas at this time. Your safety and the safety of our staff is our greatest priority, so the following changes have been made to our return policy:

Customers who have a return that is currently in transit back to us will be issued a refund in 2-4 weeks once non-essential businesses are able to re-open. Unfortunately, our office is not permitted to accept packages and all shipments will be held at the courier until further notice.

For customers looking to open a new return request and obtain an RMA#, please send your information to info@corbetts.com and provide your order number, the item you wish to return and your contact information. We will make note of the date you have reached out to open a return.

Once the office has re-opened and our customer service team is able to be back in the office, we will reach out to you with return instructions. There will be no penalties or late fees on returns during this time.

Corbetts In Store Return Policy

 Items purchased in store can be returned for a full refund for 7 days and for credit or exchange for 14 days from the original purchase date.

All items must be returned in salable condition, with the original tags attached and a proof of purchase. Any items that are discounted 30% off or more are FINAL SALE (no refunds or exchanges.) Long underwear is final sale. No refunds or exchanges on items without a receipt, tags or worn product. Refunds will be issued to the same form of payment originally used. No cash Refunds over $50; a cheque will be issued.

 

Corbetts.com Online Return Policy

 We all know that buying something online without getting to try it on or see it in person can be a tricky venture. Because of this we have extended the return policy to 14 days on all regular prices merchandise. ALL CLOTHING PURCHASED ON SALE IS FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR CREDITS.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product(s) are new, unused with the tags and labels attached and in the original packaging, you may return the product(s) for a full refund. Before returning the item, please contact a sales representative at 1-888-SNOW-360 (766-9360) or email returns@corbetts.com with your order number to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Make note of the following:

  • The customer is responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping.
  • Merchandise must be returned in the original condition and packaging with all accessories and tags attached. If the packaging is defaced charges will apply.
  • The RA number should be clearly marked on the outside of any return shipment packaging.
  • All items shipped locally and returned to the Retail store are subject to a $20 restocking fee. We offer free in-store pick up to avoid these fees.
  • Once our team has inspected the return, the necessary credit or refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Merchandise

 Corbetts.com will not accept returns on used equipment and apparel. All long underwear is final sale.

 

Damaged Merchandise

 Corbetts strives to pack every order with the upmost care but sometimes packages get damaged during transit. If an order arrives damaged please take pictures of the damage and notify Corbetts.com within 24 hours of delivery. The product and all packaging material must be retained until the matter is resolved with FedEx.
