14 day return period

Corbetts.com honours a 14 day money-back policy on all regular priced merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product(s) are new and unused with the tags and labels attached, you may return the product(s) for a full refund.

Before returning the item, please contact a sales representative at 1-888-SNOW-360 (766-9360) or email returns@corbetts.com with your invoice number to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Make note of the following:

  • The customer is responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping.
  • Merchandise must be returned in the original condition and packaging with all accessories and warranty cards, if packaging is defaced charges will apply.
  • The RA number should be clearly marked on the outside of any return shipment packaging.
  • All items shipped locally and returned to the Retail store are subject to a restocking fee.
  • Once Corbetts.com has inspected and approved the return, the necessary credit or refund will be issued.

Sale Item Returns

Items purchased from the Sale section of Corbetts.com are subject to a different return policy. Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their purchase. For all sale items, returns and exchanges are subject to on-line credit only.

Non-Returnable Merchandise

Corbetts.com will not accept returns on used equipment and apparel.

Damaged Merchandise

If an order arrives damaged please take pictures of the damage and notify Corbetts.com within 24 hours of delivery. The product and all packaging material must be retained until the matter is resolved with FedEx.
