IN-STORE
PICKUP

Our store pickup options offer a quick and convenient solution to our customers. If you’ve selected to pick up your online order, please note that it usually takes about 2-4 business days to get orders transferred to the Oakville location or ready for Head Office collection, and 10-12 business days to get your order at the Collingwood location.

PLEASE NOTE

  • During the off-season, in-store pickup is only available at our Head Office location
  • Our head office is not open on weekends - online orders placed for pickup Friday-Sunday won’t be available until Tuesday at the earliest
  • Depending on how busy we are (typically during the winter months), it may take a little longer for your order to be ready for pickup.
  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup and your order status will have changed to “Shipped”
  • If you’ve selected to pick up your order at the Collingwood location, please allow an extra few days to get your order transferred.
  • Please have your email order confirmation available to retrieve your order. If someone else is picking up your order, make sure to send them the email order confirmation.

If you are driving from out of town to pick up an order, we recommend giving us a call to confirm that your order is ready for pickup.

Store pickup orders are held for 14 days from the day you receive the Order Ready for Pickup email notification. If your order is not picked up in that time frame, we will cancel your order and refund the full amount.


FAQs

How long will it take for my order to be ready for pick up in Collingwood?
It takes 10-12 business days to get orders from our warehouse to Collingwood. These transfers only happen a few times per week so please factor that in when choosing In-Store Pickup at Collingwood.

Can I return my online order in-store?
If you’ve selected in-store pickup for your order and decide it’s not a good fit, simply let us know and we will initiate the return process for you. See our full return policy to make sure your items are eligible for return. Please note that the refund will be issued the next business day by our online department.

Restocking Fees
Items purchased online that were shipped and returned in-store may be subject to a $20 restocking fee.
