WARRANTIES

At Corbetts.com, we’re happy to assist customers with warranty claims for products damaged due to a manufacturer defect. However, all warranties must be approved by the manufacturer before a repair/replacement can be completed at the manufacturer's discretion. Each manufacturer has its own warranty policies and timelines, but most cover defects within the first year of purchase with valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). Please note that warranty resolutions can often take time, as manufacturers must review and process claims before providing a decision, and they are never guaranteed to be approved.

IS MY ITEM ELIGIBLE FOR WARRANTY?

Manufacturer warranties DO NOT cover damage caused by:

    • Impact, misuse, abuse, or neglect
    • General wear and tear
    • Cosmetic issues such as top sheet dents or chips from ski/board contact or lift line impacts
    • Modifications made to the product
    • Improper mounting of bindings by a non-certified technician
    • Issues resulting from falls
    • Storage or transportation damage

Manufacturer defects strictly relate to issues affecting the structural integrity of the product.

HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM

To begin a claim, please email info@corbetts.com with:

    1. Your order number
    2. A brief description of the issue and how it occurred
    3. Clear photos showing the problem and also the entire product from a few angles

PLEASE NOTE

Warranty claims may result in a repair, replacement, or in-store/online credit. Refunds are not provided for warranty claims. Further, expenses incurred from a warranty situation (lift tickets, rental fees, mounting costs, part installations) are not covered by Corbetts or the manufacturer.

WARRANTY PROCESS & SHIPPING

Some products may need to be sent to the manufacturer for evaluation, and warranty approval is not guaranteed. Where applicable, customers are responsible for shipping warranty claim products to the Corbetts Head Office in Oakville, ON, Canada. We will cover the cost of shipping the product to the manufacturer and returning any approved warranty replacements to you.

Final decisions are made solely by the manufacturer, and Corbetts.com is not responsible for the outcome.
