We have a long history of fitting ski boots , several of our staff have twenty plus years experience. We've seen the widest feet, nastiest bunions, largest calves, toughest fits, and have the solutions to your boot fit problems. All adjustments and enhancements are offered with no additional cost for one year of the purchase date. If we can't make your new boots work, we will give you an in-store credit for the purchase price.

If a product is damaged as a result of a manufacturer defect, will be happy to assist the customer to resolve the issue. All warranties related to a manufacturer's defect must be approved by the manufacturer before a replacement/repair is completed. Manufacturers have their own warranty timelines; however most companies will cover issues related to manufacturer defect within the first year of purchase, with proof of receipt or invoice.

Please note warranties do not cover problems resulting from impact, misuse, abuse, neglect or general wear & tear. This includes cosmetic issues, top sheet dents or chips from crossing your skis/board and getting hit in the lift line. Manufacturer defects are considered issues related to the structural integrity of equipment and apparel.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the warranty claim product back to the Corbetts Head Office location in Oakville, ON - Canada. We will cover the cost of sending the product to the manufacturer and returning any possible warranty replacements to you.

Some products are required to be sent off for a warranty evaluation and are not guaranteed to receive a replacement. Corbetts is not responsible for the outcome of this decision as it is made by the manufacturer who built the product.

Please contact, and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos clearly demonstrating the issue. Please keep in mind that all warranties are for repair, replacement product or in-store/online credit. There are NO refunds on warranty products.
