CANADA POST STRIKE
The Canada Post strike shouldn't impact your delivery unless you live in a remote area in Canada. If your order is affected, we will contact you promptly.

We provide free shipping on all orders over $100.00 that ship within Canada and the continental United States (Rural delivery surcharges apply to orders shipping to Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Newfoundland & Labrador, Alaska or Hawaii).

*There is a $20 fee to change the address on any order once it has left our warehouse

We do our best to get your orders out quickly but our average fulfillment time is 4 business days, sometimes peaking at 7 business days during our busiest times of year. Once shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking details.

We strive to get your orders to you in a timely manner, however there are many factors that are out of our control that can impact your delivery such as carrier delays, inclement weather, and customs. Once your order is in transit, we have no control over the delivery, however we can try to help facilitate a claim with the carrier.

In order to provide you with the lowest possible price with free shipping, we reserve the right to remove bindings from their original packaging and to pack multiple orders placed under the same name/address to ship together wherever possible. Our packing team uses bubble wrap, foam and extra care when putting your package together and this will not compromise the safety of your new gear.


SHIPPING OPTIONS

IN-STORE PICKUP

Oakville (Not available during off-season)
This is our quickest option. If you require any fitting, binding installation, or are local and just in a hurry - this is the option for you! We offer a complimentary installation for ski/snowboard and binding orders that are picked up at our store. Location and hours here.

Collingwood (Not available during off-season)
Order online and have your gear shipped to our shop near the slopes for easy pick up. Allow 10-12 business days for order to be processed. We offer a complimentary installation for ski/snowboard and binding orders that are picked up at the CWOOD store. Location and hours here.

Head Office
This is our quickest option during the off-season. If you require any fitting, binding installation or tech work, you will have to wait for the Retail Store to open for the season. Location and hours here.

GROUND SHIPPING

Signature NOT Required
This is our free shipping service for orders $100+. The customer assumes all responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If you are shipping to a multi-unit building or busy street address, we recommend adding a signature to your order.

Signature Required
This service only costs $5 per item to add to orders $100+ and means a signature will be required to release the package. If there is no one available to sign for the package on delivery, the courier will make two more attempts before holding it (temporarily) at a facility for pick up.

Front of the Line
This service is $30 per item and means your order will be bumped to the front of our shipping line. It’s like getting on the lift first on a pow day! The shipping service is Ground Shipping, but cuts fulfillment time at our warehouse, to get your package out on the next truck and get you on the hill! Signature is required on delivery with this service. If there is no one available to sign for the package on delivery, the courier will make two more attempts before holding it (temporarily) at a facility for pick up.

PRIORITY

FedEx Priority Shipping:
This is FedEx’s quickest service (Air Shipping). The price is calculated based on the size, weight, and shipping location for your order. This method requires a signature on delivery. If there is no one available to sign for the package on delivery, the courier will make two more attempts before holding it (temporarily) at a facility for pick up.

Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other circumstances may impact delivery.

Corbetts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages which are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided during order checkout. Upon inquiry, Corbetts will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
If you are concerned about your package being left unattended, please consider choosing “Signature Required” for your shipping method.

Shipping Within Canada

  • Corbetts.com reserves the right to ship Canadian orders using FedEx or Canada Post.
  • Canadian customers will be charged applicable taxes for their delivery Province, no exceptions.
  • Expedited shipping is available; please add the items to your cart to get the price.
  • Priority shipments are made Monday - Friday, allow 1 business day for order processing. Exclusions may apply. Delivery is not guaranteed on weekends.

Shipping to The USA

  • We ship to the United States on Monday/Wednesday/Friday.
  • Items are shipped with FedEx ground service unless otherwise stated.
  • A $100.00 charge applies when shipping products to Alaska or Hawaii.
  • We are unable to deliver to P.O., APO or FPO Boxes, and require a full physical street address, including phone number.
  • Expedited shipping is available; please add the items to your cart to get the price.
  • Priority shipments are made Monday - Friday, allow 1 business day for Order Processing. Exclusions may apply. Delivery is not guaranteed on weekends.

Shipping Internationally

  • All international shipments are shipped with FedEx International Priority and are subject to any duties and taxes your country may or may not charge.
  • We require phone numbers for all international shipments; please ensure you include it with your order. We are unable to ship international orders without a phone number.
  • Buyers are responsible for all import or VAT fees associated with your purchase. Corbetts.com is unable to mark items as "gifts".

FAQs

Will my bindings come installed?
Bindings are always shipped unmounted for liability and insurance reasons. The skier must be present for installation. If you are local, we recommend selecting the In-store Pickup shipping method to take advantage of our complimentary install.

When do you ship orders?
Orders typically take 4 business days to fulfill but can take up to 7 business days during peak months. We ship to the United States on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning. During Nov, Dec, and Jan we add additional shipping days as we need them to keep up with the inevitable increase in orders. We ship within Canada Monday-Friday.

Do I have to pay duties/taxes?
All orders shipped within Canada are subject to the applicable provincial taxes of the destination province. For example, in Ontario (13%) is charged but if we are shipping to BC you would only pay the 5% tax. For orders going to The United States we will cover all the duties and additional fees.

How do I get tracking info for my package?
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the purchase invoice. The order will be “awaiting fulfillment” while it is picked and packed in our warehouse. Once the order ships, you will receive another email notification with a tracking number that you can follow through the carrier’s website.

My tracking number says “shipment information sent to FedEx” - has it shipped?
We are located in Canada and we need to send all our orders going to the USA through US customs. US Customs is open Monday-Friday 9-5. If we send a package out on Friday it will say “shipment information sent to FedEx” until your package is scanned through Customs and enters the FedEx system. Please note the estimated delivery date that you see with your tracking number is accurate even if Customs is yet to process your package.

Why is my tracking number not being updated?
FedEx or Canada Post oversees the shipments of all our orders. Our customer service representatives do not have more information. If you are concerned with the length of the delay since an update, we can open a service ticket with the Carrier to investigate the situation. Please note that all delays are out of our control. In no cases will we issue a refund or ship another product if the service ticket is still open and under investigation.

Please note that during checkout, the estimated time of arrival is approximate and is subject to change as a result of changes to orders during processing, or shipping delays with the carrier.

Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. box?
We ship orders with FedEx and cannot ship to PO Boxes on International/US Orders. If you have a PO Box in Canada, we will ship your order with Canada Post, using the shipping method of your choosing.
