IN-STORE

Items purchased in store can be returned for a full refund for 7 days and for credit or exchange for 14 days from the original purchase date with proof of purchase. Items purchased in-store must be returned in-store. Items discounted 30% off or more are FINAL SALE (no refunds or exchanges), no refunds or exchanges on purchases without proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the same form of payment originally used. No cash refunds over $50; a cheque will be issued.

For items to be eligible for return, they must be returned in the same condition they were purchased in - with all hang tags attached, unworn, unused, and with all accessories (if applicable)

ONLINE

At Corbetts, we understand that buying online can be tricky. To make things easier, we offer a 14-day return widow from the date your order is delivered. This gives you time to evaluate your purchase and return it if necessary.

IS MY ITEM ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

    • Items must be new, unused, with tags and labels still attached, and in the original packaging.
    • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
    • We offer a full refund for eligible returns - A $20 restocking fee applies to items shipped locally and returned to our retail store. To avoid this, we offer free in-store pick-up.
    • If a ski or snowboard has had the bindings installed, it is not eligible for return.

(CLOTHING DOES NOT INCLUDE: ski/snowboard boots, helmets, or goggles).


HOW START AN ONLINE RETURN

    1. Email returns@corbetts.com or submit a return request through your Corbetts.com profile.
    2. You’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

RETURN GUIDELINES

    • All returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
    • Merchandise must be in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and tags.
    • Returns must be properly packaged for protection during transit. Remove any original shipping labels.
    • The RMA number must be clearly visible on the return package.
    • DO NOT write on the manufacturer’s packaging (e.g., boot or helmet boxes). Damage to the packaging will result in fees.
    • We do not accept used items. Returns of used products will not be refunded.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

IN-STORE:
Holiday purchases can be returned for store credit or exchange until January 5th. NO refunds will be issued after 7 days from the purchase date. No price matching after Dec 25th. Excludes FINAL SALE items.

ONLINE:
We offer an extended return window on purchases made between November 27th to January 5th – if outside the regular 14 day return window period, a store credit or exchange will be offered up until January 5th. Excludes FINAL SALE items.

What items are Final Sale?
-Under garments and long underwear
-Clothing purchased on sale, online

-Any items that are not in their original condition or packaging
-Gift cards cannot be returned, returned items purchased with a Gift Card will be refunded to the Gift Card or a store credit.

Can I exchange my items?
You can exchange items in-store if a replacement is available. For online orders we are unable to offer direct exchanges, please initiate a return and place a new order for the replacement. This will ensure you receive the new item in the timeliest manner while avoiding the risk of the product selling out.

Do you offer price adjustments if a product goes on sale?
If an item you purchased goes on sale we will match the price within 14 days of your purchase. The difference in price will be applied to your Corbetts account. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED BACK TO YOUR METHOD OF PAYMENT.

I received a damaged/defective or incorrect product, can I return it?
Corbetts strives to pack every order with the utmost care but sometimes packages get damaged during transit - things happen! If an order arrives damaged please take pictures of the damage and notify Corbetts.com within 24 hours of delivery. The product and all packaging material must be retained until the matter is resolved with the carrier. If you believe you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service team - if applicable we will resend the order or process a refund.

I think I have a warranty issue?
If you feel like you have an item that is experiencing warranty issues please take pictures of the problem and send them to info@corbetts.com. Please also include any information relating to your purchase so we can reference your original invoice. Please click here for additional warranty information.
