BURTON photon step on wide boot
Purchased the wide because I have a gorilla sized foot. The boot itself is the same size as normal with an alternate liner to accommodate your foot. Plus 7mm last? Typically wear a 44 Euro or 11 us. Went with an 11 Just a Touch tighter than I would like it I wish I would have size up for just a touch more space. Boa controls are excellent I would rate the boot as a mid-stiff obviously for the step in accommodation. Convenience of the step on obviously has its own benefits is it as good as a traditional boot not really cuz it does have the cleats.

Photon Step On Wide
I picked up this boot this season and went with the wide size in Burton. I have been wearing regular width in Vans for years but I found the wide more comfortable in-store after I compared the regular and wide option.

A nice improvement to the original
I both wore out and out-shrunk my size 12 Step On Wides from a few years ago, so bought these in a size 11. With three days on the hill now, I'm happy to say that despite the smaller size they're easier to get in and out of than my originals, yet the ride feel is as tight as ever. I'm super happy with this upgrade.
