Custom Fit? Best option to start customizing your fit by adding cork to your Zipfit Liners.
During the initial fit, most skiers don’t have to add or remove cork if they are fit in the appropriate
liner. If you do, two tubes is normally sufficient for a single pair of liners. We recommend beginning
with a small amount of cork in adjustments as OMFit cork is easier to add than remove, but liners
can accommodate significantly more cork if needed. If you get new shells, you can remold your
ZipFits and add/remove cork as needed. None of this “one and done” foam injection – we encourage
you to tweak your liners and make sure they remain performing and comfortable.
Make fit corrections where more volume fill is needed:
• Tongue - access port at top behind black plastic.
• Ankle - ports behind the second lace loop on each side of the instep
