Let us facilitate a solution for any product affected by a manufacturer's defect
If a product is damaged as a result of a manufacturer defect, Corbetts.com will be happy to assist the customer to resolve the issue. All warranties related to a manufacturers defect must be approved by the manufacturer before a replacement/repair is completed. Manufacturers have their own warranty timelines; however most companies will cover issues related to manufacturer defect within the first year of purchase, with proof of receipt or invoice.
Please note warranties do not cover problems resulting from impact, misuse, abuse, or neglect. This includes cosmetic issues, top sheet dents or chips from crossing your skis/board and getting hit in the lift line. Manufacturer defects are considered issues related to the structural integrity of equipment and apparel.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the warranty claim product back to Corbetts Head Office location in Oakville, ON Canada. We will cover the cost of sending the product to the manufacturer and returning any possible warranty replacements to you.
Some products are required to be sent off for a warranty evaluation and are not guaranteed to receive a replacement. Corbetts is not responsible for the outcome of this decision as it is made by the manufacturer who built the product.
Please contact email@example.com, and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos clearly demonstrating the issue. Please keep in mind that all warranties are for a replacement product or in-store/online credit. There are NO refunds on warranty products.
