APPOINTMENTS

Appointments aren’t necessary but we recommend booking in to reduce your wait time and get better service and help from our staff. Weekends in the winter get very busy and we help our customers on a first come, first serve basis outside of booked appointments.

Do I need to book an appointment for Ski Tuning?
No, you do not need to book an appointment for shop services, however you may have to wait and some services have longer turnaround times depending on how busy the shop team is. We recommend that you call in to find out what the wait time and turnaround times are before you plan to visit, especially if traveling in from out of town.

What is the turnaround time for a binding install?
During peak season (October-March), we can typically install bindings within 1.5-2 hours. During the off-peak months, we highly recommend calling the store ahead of time as we can't guarantee there will be an install tech available at the time you come in. If you are coming from out of town for an install, we highly recommend calling ahead to get an estimated turn around time for that day so you can plan accordingly.

IN-STORE RETURNS

You can return anything purchased online at our Oakville or Collingwood stores, as long as they are unused and in the original packaging. Items that were shipped to you and returned in-store are subject to a $20 restocking fee. Please note that the refund will be issued the following business day (the store does not process the return, our online department does).
