Big Boy Skis
K2 has done a great job of building a beefy ski without any metal inside! Skis are light and snappy but fairly stiff and can hold their own in cut up snow. They surf soft snow like a dream and do OK in the bumps. Hard icy snow makes them skid turns in an irregular fashion but not unexpected sans titanal. These skis have one turn radius when you tip them up on edge and they fight back if you try to tighten up the radius. If you lay them up on edge and let them do their own thing it's a nice smooth ride. 96C likes just a little constant forward pressure, if you ride your heel they'll take off back to the barn without you!
