      WE BELIEVE IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE A SAFE, SANITIZED, AND COMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL

      As we continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic, here at Corbetts we remain committed to doing everything we can to help flatten the curve. We take our role as members of your community seriously and want to inform you of the procedures and protocols we have put in place to guarantee a safe shopping experience.

      As of December 26th, as per the Ontario Guidelines, our Retail Location will only be open for curbside business with the following hours:

      • Monday: 12PM - 4PM
      • Tuesday-Wednesday: CLOSED
      • Thursday-Friday: 12PM-4PM
      • Saturday: 12PM-4PM
      • Sunday: 12PM – 4PM

       

      Customers are reminded to maintain a physical distance of six feet from others at all times while waiting in line with the exception of when team members are servicing customers.

VISITING US IN-STORE  ||  WHAT TO BRING   ||   FAQ'S 


VISITING US FOR CURBSIDE SERVICES

1. As of December 26th, our Retail Location is only available for Curbside pickup and services. 

2. We will have staff members coming out into the line up to assist customers with order assistance and pickups and tuning and service drop offs & pickups. 

3. We will have a team of dedicated staff operating the phones to assist with product consultations and questions. To contact the Retail Store, call 905-845-1561.

 

WHAT TO BRING

1. For Curbside Pickup, please bring a printed copy of your invoice to assist our staff collect your order. 

2. Dress appropriately as you will be waiting outside in a line. 

 

FAQ's

1. Can I still pick up my order?
Yes, we are still offering in-store pickups as an option. Please print out your order confirmation and a staff member will assist you in line.

2. Can I still shop online?
Yes, we are still processing online orders. Please note that response times to inquiries and order fulfillment may be longer than usual as we are operating with fewer staff in office.

3. Am I still able to open a return for a recent purchase?
Yes, you can contact us at info@corbetts.com to start the return process, we will provide you with instructions although response times may be a bit longer than usual as we are still working with limited staff in office. For our full return policy, please see our Returns page.
