VISITING US FOR CURBSIDE SERVICES
1. As of December 26th, our Retail Location is only available for Curbside pickup and services.
2. We will have staff members coming out into the line up to assist customers with order assistance and pickups and tuning and service drop offs & pickups.
3. We will have a team of dedicated staff operating the phones to assist with product consultations and questions. To contact the Retail Store, call 905-845-1561.
WHAT TO BRING
1. For Curbside Pickup, please bring a printed copy of your invoice to assist our staff collect your order.
2. Dress appropriately as you will be waiting outside in a line.
1. Can I still pick up my order?
Yes, we are still offering in-store pickups as an option. Please print out your order confirmation and a staff member will assist you in line.
2. Can I still shop online?
Yes, we are still processing online orders. Please note that response times to inquiries and order fulfillment may be longer than usual as we are operating with fewer staff in office.
3. Am I still able to open a return for a recent purchase?
