All in-stock items are shipped via FedEx. Shipping rates for your order are automatically added during the checkout process (once your shipping address has been determined). FedEx rates are based on package weight or dimensional weight, whichever is greater. Shipping charges may be increased at any time and additional surcharges may be added.
If the product ordered is in-stock, we make every attempt to ship your package within 4 business days of receiving your payment. However, even though our online store remains open, we may not be open for business in our physical offices. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Should your order be placed at one of these times, it will be shipped on a payment received priority schedule.
Expedited Shipping Notice
Upgrading to any of our priority shipping does not mean you will get your order the next day. Once shipped, packages are guaranteed to arrive on the selected/desired day according to the shipping method chosen and paid for. Please note, however, that upgrading method of shipment to Next Day or 2nd Day does not change how long it takes us to assemble and ship your order, it only reduces the travel time after your order leaves our warehouse.
