Returns



CORBETTS.com honors a 30 day money-back guarantee policy to all customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and the product(s) are new and unused with tags and/or labels, you may return them for a full refund minus shipping and handling charges (a restocking fee may apply and you are responsible for shipping the returned product).

Before returning any product to CORBETTS.com, you must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. To request an RA number please contact a technical support representative at 1-888-SNOW 360 (766-9360) or email returns@corbetts.com with your invoice number.
Merchandise must be returned in resalable condition, in the original packaging material with all instructions, accessories and warranty cards. The RA number should be clearly marked on the outside of any product returned to CORBETTS.com. Once CORBETTS.com has inspected all returned items, the necessary credit or refund will be issued.

Clearance Returns 
Items purchased on the Clearance section of CORBETTS.com are subject to a difference return policy. Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their purchase. For all clearance items, returns and exchanges are subject to on-line credit only.

Non-Returnable Merchandise

CORBETTS.com cannot accept returns on used equipment.

Damaged Merchandise

If an order arrives damaged; please notify CORBETTS.com within 24 hours of delivery. The product and all packaging material must be retained until the matter is resolved with FedEx.

Warranties

If a product is damaged or has a defect, CORBETTS.com will be happy to assist the customer in dealing with the Manufacturer. Please note warranties do not cover breakage or damage to the product resulting from customer abuse.
